The client came to me with the need to professionalise their brand, level up their social media presence and be recognised on the global stage as the leading organisation for work-time reduction.
OUTCOME
I professionalised their branding such that they were named a TIME100 company in 2023 and a Fast Company Most Innovative Company in 2024.
I optimised their SEO over a course of six-months to increase appearance on their first-page results for terms related to the four-day work week. This led to a 86% increase in traffic to their website.
While working with 4 Day Week Global, they expanded their services into Africa, South America and Central Europe to make them the leading work-time reduction organisation globally.
I managed their social media and saw a 25% increase in their LinkedIn following, a 55% increase in TikTok following and a 24% in their Instagram following. I did this through a video content-first approach and a consistent posting schedule with the new professional brand design.

This was a large scale project where client wanted to increase their ranking on Google Search in the first three places for terms related to job seeking and career development for the US and Irish market.
OUTCOME
I optimised existing articles within a given timeframe with SEO best practices and the client’s style guide for their target keyword. This is an ongoing project with the client, however they are happy with the results so far such that I am continuing to work with them.

Backpackhers is my travel blog and collective I co-founded with my partner, Emma. Its purpose is to deliver authentic and accessible travel experiences for all.
In August 2024, we ran a group Camino de Santiago trip in Spain. We are running more trips in summer 2025.

I host the podcast ‘How to be Irish’ which is an interview-style society and culture podcast. I examine different facets of modern Irish culture through guest interviews.
